At Maps Wala, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.
Customized or personalized maps may not be eligible for return unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
2. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you within 48 hours regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Customized or personalized maps
- Gift vouchers or promotional items
- Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition
4. Return Shipping Charges Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund Delays
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:
- First, check your bank account
- Then contact your bank or payment provider
