Refund Policy

In case you want to cancel an order, please email editoneinternational@gmail.com or call us on +91-987-185-2545 within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed. If you place a cancellation request after 24 hours of ordering the product, we will be unable to recall it.

Editone International Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason. In such a situation, we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made.

If the order is a digital product, you will be provided with a download link to access the product. Once the digital product is delivered to you, cancellations are not accepted.

Books and digital products are not returnable or exchangeable. Return requests placed after 48 hours of order placement are unfortunately non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your order must be for a defective or damaged digital product, or you must have a genuine issue with the product.

In case you receive a damaged or defective digital product, please send us an email with the details of the issue and the Order ID to editoneinternational@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the product. We can offer you a replacement, repair, or refund.

If you choose to get a replacement, we will issue a new download link free of cost.

If you choose to get a refund for a defective digital product, it will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
